We offer a wide range of classes including chair yoga, Vinyasa flow, slow flow and candlelight, Kundalini yoga, Restorative yoga, kids yoga and Hatha flow. You can also book private yoga lessons for large and small groups. All our Yoga teachers are certified and apart of the local community.

It is our understanding that to have a healthy, fully functioning community, the people in that community must feel loved and supported in their vision for their lives. At 360 Pronoia not only do we hold space for you (with the belief that all are welcome), we hope to offer various ways for you to contribute to your quality of life and the community. It’s important that like minded individuals can come together and pursue their passions. An example of this is our community garden club! As a 360 Member you’ll have access to exclusive content, progress assistance, networking, making it easier for you to able to create personal content for you. Resource for you to utilize however you choose. You’ll have a voice in our group and, upon member approval, will be included on inner market decisions/discussions within our community, workshops, etc..
